Project Title DEVELOPMENT OF A CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE ASSOCIATION OF GHANA INSURANCE AGENTS (NAGIA)

Assignment Description  CDC Consult was engaged by NAGIA to develop a code of conduct for the association and train insurance agents in the developed code of conducts. The objectives of the assignment are to: increase ethical consciousness among agents and to increase their sense of ethical responsibility and behaviour;guide agents in making more informed ethical and behaviour choices; and help NAGIA function at the optimal potential. Key activities to be undertaken as part of the assignment include the review of documentation; design of interview instruments and conduct of focus group discussions with agents; development of code of conducts; facilitation of training and reporting.
