Mawuli is a management consultant with eighteen (18) years’ post qualification work experience in hospitality, tourism, aviation, telecommunications and business advisory services. She has been in consulting practice for ten (10) years. Currently, she is in charge of CDC Options, a strategic business unit of the CDC Group. Her expertise covers strategic and business planning; capacity building including training, coaching and mentoring; entrepreneurship and SME development; monitoring and evaluation; local economic development; organisational development; change management; conflict and crisis management; marketing and business development; resource mobilisation; event management and logistics, conference and workshop rapporteur; and non-profit management (NGOs).
Over the years, Mawuli has consulted for international and local organisations/businesses. She is a trained business coach with interest in supporting clients improve business performance and maximise their wealth. She has facilitated business coaching for returning and potential migrants in idea generation, financial literacy, marketing, branding and development of their business plans. Strengthening entrepreneurship and SME development, she has worked with businesses such as the) amongst others. Partners, beneficiaries and clients for which Mawuli has worked include, Savings Banks Foundation for International Cooperation (SBFIC), Ghana Association of Microfinance Companies (GAMC), Ghana Coalition of NGOs in Health (GCNH), Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana (N&MC) and other private companies.
She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Leicester, UK; a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the Institute of Commercial Management, UK; and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Motel Association, USA. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC) Ghana.
